Rooms Features. Nestled into a forested hillside, this is a spa hotel with a wellness centre and swimming pools. A complimentary breakfast is served at the Dorintseehotel & Resort Bitburg, which has several dining options. There is a fine dining restaurant with views of the lake, a more casual diner specialising in steaks, pizza, and pasta, and a rustic bar with live entertainment on weekends. Guests can also dine al fresco on the garden terrace. Leisure facilities arrange from a high ropes course, indoor climbing wall, mountain bike trails and bicycle hire, to tennis and bowling. Guestrooms. The 203 guestrooms include a range of self-catering apartments and country houses. All have views of the lake, with most extending to balconies. Expert Tip. Built in the first century AD, Villa Otrang features unique mosaic floors and Roman baths. Much of it was destroyed during the Second World War, and in the 1960s it was carefully restored to its current status.
