Lodging Features. The on-site La Jolla restaurant lists among its celebrity guest chefs, Martin Yan, Thierry Blouet and Pierre Ducroux, who compose their signature dishes. Café Royal features an afternoon pastry buffet while Bar Caviar serves hors d'oeuvres and cocktails, presents live music, and offers a walk- in humidor stocked with imported and domestic cigars.
